KRISTOS KAI KOSMOS ----- CHRIST IN CULTURE
opps. i miss by abit. but nvm.ytd, sat, i went to church service --- with joan this time. we haf Dr A.R Bernard this time. wow he is awesome. so good.today we learn that in greek there's actually 3 word for the word 'world'. they are namely:1. aion --- period or age2. oikumene --- physical/land terriortaries3. kosmos --- us in the ability to order and arrange things==> social ordergod is a god of order and kosmos represents the order of god. god had created an open universe. an open universe means that there is freewill --- freedom of choice. we haf our freedom to choose what we believe in. god gave us a choice to choose whether or not we want to believe in him. I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE HIS PRESENCE. i choose to love jesus. love is also part of our choice, our will. love comes from our freedom to choose. we are not ordered to love. it is our freewill. love is centred by will, assisted by emotion. we may have a lot of reasons that will influence our choice to love. but ultimately we are making that choice. even in the end we might end up being hurt. we shldnt be blaming others but ourselves. because it is our choice.god is Alpha and Omega. he starts and he ends. god would prepare a response even before we do anything. god already know that we will make mistakes and we will sin. and therfore he already preparea response. our choices create our future. our life is composed by our choices. we need to be very careful. before we regret or resent.pastor says. in the beginning it was the word --- logos --- logikos --- intelligence --- mind. therefore lord already had the knowledge and intelligence to start planning for our response. we are living in a "cause and effect" world. for every cause there is an effect. and every effect there will be a cause. it is a chain effect. our choices become a cause that will lead to a effect. a mistake would make things chaotic. god made this place and everything on earth --- pas. he has the control over everything. god reorder chaos. he reorganise the "out of order" back to the "original". things will only work when they are in divine order. god knows the right order for our life. he will reorganise our thinking and everything when we are lost. back to our "original" life. god wants us to led a life with prosperity.righteous would bring divine order and divine order would bring freedom. effectiveness in life demands order and order demands clear actions. when we are in difficulties. we should group them and address them one by one.the holy spirit is all around us. we are the "instruments" use by god. we believers will help the non believers to believe and haf faith. let god touched them, let the holy spirit enter them. trust in god --- relationship with him ---opening our heart to him --- god will then enter our heart and touch us --- bring us out from darkness --- lead us to prosperity.i love god. he sent a great pastor to our church today. i love god.
