very tiring lately.=]

i m very grateful these days. i must firstly thank jerald for recommending me a part time job. it is to be a door-to-door surveyor. each survey worth $24 each. we were given 10 each. we were given the dead due till saturday.

i should say it is not an easy job at all. we are sent to landed properties to do this survey. so on the first day, after the briefing, on tuesday. jerald had already completed 2 surveys. felicia called to ask me whether i could pair up with her. i agreed.

so next day. after my mom applied a atm card for me, we went to our 1st location. our 1st location is the landed properties at jalan mas puteh. but there is either no one willing to do the survey or there is only the maid there. then felicia and i travelled towards jalan mas merah to continue. we manage to get one each from there.

then our next location is jalan kebaya which is near dover. but there is also lots of people not around and there are also some that are overseas. at around 6 plus fel and i go back to my home to refresh ourselves.

at around 7.30pm we left my house. it was raining. we went back to jalan mas puteh and fel and manage to find one that is willing to do the survey. but fel did it. later i also found 2 household that told me to come back the next day. so we proceed back to jalan kebaya. but there was no one there willing to do the survey. it was a wasted taxi trip. in the end i was still stuck with 1 survey while fel has 3.

the next day i did not go back to sp at all. i went to a lot of place to do the survey. as the day before i requested for new areas from mr andrew, our supervisor. firstly we started with cypress avenue. it was raining again. we are lucky. at the very start there is an acjc student. he look very decent and due to the rain he invited us into his living room for the survey. i did the interview with him. while fel keep looking at him. honestly he is quite dashing. and his place is splendidly beautiful. that day we walked along. then we took bus 852 to khatib to woodlands for lunch. we had pasta mania.

we went to woodgrove area then. there isnt any one willing to do it then. many was pretty busy with baking cookies. then i tried oakwood avenue. while fel tried pinewood. fel manage to catch one. while i was told to come back by 4 houses. i manage to get one of the four to the survey in the end. yesh! that's my 2nd one for that day. we took taxi back to the 6th avenue then.

wow! the taxi is super expensive. we nid to pay $7.10 each. the driver purposely de lorhs. i told him can take dunearn road lerr still like that. we stopped at lemon avenue. i manage to one more! hurrays. so i total i had done 4 already while fel 5.

today fel and i started at lantana first. i arrived before her. den i met a middle aged guy and started to do a survey with him. little did i noe that the bus arrived very shortly. so i followed him along. all the way till ang mo kio den the survey ended. i went back to lantana to meet fel. she manage to finish 2 more. we walk for very long so we went to the coffeeshop ahead to rest. we saw chenliping and chentaiming whole family. they look super cute. as the whole family is in pink. so lovely. i was about to ask then when huiting call to say that she was lost. so i went to fetch her.

went i return they left. what a pity.

at 4 plus we started again. huiting and fel manage to get one each at cherry avenue. i got one along lotus avenue when i m on my way to allamanda grove. when we arrived at jalan haji alias, we asked door to door again and fel finish all her 10 surveys 1st. at around 6.05pm. i manage to get my 7th one when i m waiting for huiting who is also doing her 7th one. i got my 8th one very quickly. while fel help huiting with her surveys. i got my 9th one when i huiting is doing her 8th. then i finished very quickly with one family. they are very warm ppl. im so happy! i have finished my tasks. $240 liao!
